Our Re-Opening Strategy

Re-Opening Plan – Phase One

On May 24, we will meet for public worship at the 10:45 hour at the Decatur Campus only. Attendance will be limited to 100 people in the auditorium. These services will be limited to 6th grade and older. To attend, please register yourself and your family online beginning Monday, May 18th on a first come, first served basis. Vulnerable populations as described by the CDC (over 65 and serious underlying health conditions) are encouraged to continue to join us online through the livestream service. In Phase One, we will not offer any nursery, children’s ministry, or Adult Bible Fellowships on-campus.

In all of these services, masks and social distancing of six feet are required.

On May 31, we will follow the same protocol, but if you are able to join us in person on May 24, please wait until Thursday, May 28 to register for the next Sunday in order to give others an opportunity to register first. By June 7, we hope to be in Phase 2.

Re-Opening Plan – Phase Two

In Phase Two we will add another service at the 9:15 hour on June 7, giving us a total of two services from which you can choose. The situation in our state is fluid so please frequently visit our website and social media as we attempt to communicate these things. Likewise, we will announce the details of the final two phases in the coming weeks as we get a clearer picture of how well we have “flattened the curve” in Alabama.
